Synopsis

When the Legion came, those who didn’t want to live under the new alien regime escaped into the wilderness of the Pacific Northwest, eking out a primitive existence on their own terms. But when Laione, a winged Legion scout, is shot down over the stretch of woods she now calls home, former soldier Mel sees her last chance to fulfill a lifelong dream.

If they can keep from killing each other first.
